RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Kayla Harrison, 20, added to her collection of international judo medals by winning silver Sunday at the Grand Slam Rio 2011 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Colorado Springs , Colo.  – Just over two months after becoming the youngest athlete to win a World title at this year’s event, 20-year-old Kayla Harrison (Wakefield, Mass. / NYAC / USA Judo National Team FORCE) made history again.
